INF-257 Network Troubleshooting

This course establishes the methodologies and tools necessary to proactively troubleshoot computer networks. Topics covered include: methods for identification and repair strategies for network faults caused by user, hardware, and software problems; disaster recovery and backup plans; network management record keeping; configuration management; and patch/service release installation procedures.
