HH 183 Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Program



 This program provides coursework and skills required to obtain the credential of Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) within the State of New Jersey through the NJ Board of Nursing. Students will learn to care for ill and disabled individuals in their residence or work as a personal caregiver in an assisted living environment. Program requires 60 theory hours and 16 laboratory hours (total 76 hours) conducted on campus. All participants are required to make individual application to the NJ Board of Nursing after coursework is completed. Board of Nursing application fee (approximately $80) is an additional student expense not covered by tuition.
