LAN-119 Latin I

This course is an introduction to the pronunciation, basic comprehension, and communication of Latin through active class use of vocabulary, grammar, syntax, and to the culture of the ancient Romans. This course is recommended for students who have had one or less [including no] years of previous high school study of this language.
